We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipment Processing Time
Please review your order before submitting for purchase as orders are processed immediately and may not be changeable after payment has been made.
Any order that is requested to be canceled after the order has been placed is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The ability to cancel an order after it has been placed is not guaranteed due to our swift fulfillment process. Upon request, in the event that we are able to retrieve the order from the shipping channel it would be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or other circumstances beyond our control (i.e., weather-related, pandemic, supply chain issues, etc.).
Please allow additional days in transit and delivery during peak shipping times.
Domestic orders $99.00 or greater receive free shipping. The estimated delivery time is 5-7+ business days (7-10+ business days during peak shipping times).
The estimated delivery time for orders shipping Internationally is subject to the location of the destination, customs clearance etc and as such, we are unable to provide rough estimate.
Please be advised that international orders may encounter customs delays/holds at the discretion of the entering country's regulations. All customs, duties, and taxes related to international orders are the customer's sole responsibility.
Shipments Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation notification when the order is enroute. The tracking number typically becomes active on the carrier's website within three business days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Rucir Inc. is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Liability for Shipping and Delivery
The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address for their order. If the customer provides an incorrect mailing address, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the subsequent re-shipment to the corrected address.
Rucir Inc. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases.
Any packages received back to us as a "Return to Sender" without an initial conversation between the customer and Rucir Inc. via email or telephone may be eligible for an Rucir Gift Card for the product cost minus a 20% restocking fee.
Please get in touch with Rucir if you receive damaged goods. We suggest taking pictures of the damages and saving all packaging materials and damaged goods.
